Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Enforce triage gatekeeping: photos/scans/checklists before any plan is released
- Manage treatment plan structuring using standardized case pathways
- Ensure every plan includes Gold Standard + options (good/better/best)
- Apply and verify correct codes, including $0 review codes
- Track and report: plan acceptance rate, case completion rate, review chair-time usage
- Coordinate 48-hour follow-ups for pending treatment plans
- Run weekly audits: notes vs codes vs invoices
- Lead weekly governance huddle with Ops and front desk lead
- Maintain consistent patient experience through systematic informed consent
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma/degree in Dental Technology, Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Admin, or related
- 2+ years in a dental/medical front office, treatment coordination, or quality role
- Strong knowledge of dental workflows (diagnostics → treatment → follow-up)
- Excellent organization, patient communication, and attention to detail
- Confidence enforcing standards across clinicians and admin teams
- Comfortable working with PMS systems, reporting, and dashboards
