- Translate business opportunities into practical, phased technology roadmaps with clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Lead internal engineering teams, external vendors, and specialist technology partners, ensuring clear accountability and effective delivery.
- Oversee integration across energy infrastructure, connected mobility, and digital platform systems so they operate as one coherent ecosystem.
- Own cybersecurity, data governance, system reliability, and operational resilience across the technology estate.
- Evaluate build, buy, and partnership options, making recommendations based on commercial impact and long-term scalability.
- Ensure solutions remain secure, scalable, and commercially viable as the company grows.
- Represent the company in senior technical and stakeholder engagements, translating complex decisions into clear business narratives.
Requirements & Qualifications

- Strong understanding of connected infrastructure, cloud platforms, APIs, data management, and cybersecurity.
- Working knowledge of power systems, electric mobility, or smart-energy applications.
- Ability to hold the full system in view while effectively directing downstream specialists in their respective domains.
- Strong commercial judgment, execution discipline, and a track record of delivering complex technology initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills across technical, commercial, and executive audiences.
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Energy Systems, or a related field.
