Description:
A leading organization in Dubai is seeking to appoint a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a competitive monthly salary ranging between AED 45,000 and AED 60,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the company’s financial strategy, ensuring strong governance, and driving sustainable growth. The selected candidate will oversee all financial operations while providing strategic insights to senior management and the Board of Directors. This position requires a seasoned finance leader with a strong background in corporate finance, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the organization’s overall financial planning and strategy
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial projections
- Ensure effective risk management and implementation of internal controls
- Supervise financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and UAE regulations
- Manage investor relations and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders
- Present financial reports and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors
- Monitor cash flow, capital structure, and funding strategies
- Drive financial efficiency and support business expansion initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles
- Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or CMA is mandatory
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS standards and UAE financial regulatory frameworks
- Prior experience as CFO or VP Finance within a mid-sized or large organization
- Experience operating across GCC markets is highly desirable
- Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic decision-making capabilities
