Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Association of Insurance Brokers of Kenya (AIBK)
The CEO is the Principal Executive Officer of AIBK, responsible for implementing the AIBK’s Strategic Plan 2026–2030 and positioning the Association as a leading voice of Insurance Brokers in Kenya and the region.
What You’ll Lead
- Kenya’s Apex Insurance Brokers Association
- AIBK Strategic Plan 2026–2030
- Pan-African advocacy & regional outreach
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, Insurance, or a related field
- 15+ years’ experience; at least five (5) years in senior leadership
- Proven experience in strategy execution, stakeholder engagement & advocacy
- Board governance & institutional transformation experience
