Core Deliverables
Culinary Production & Quality Control

Prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes, ensuring every plate meets established taste and plating standards.

Execute daily specials and seasonal menu offerings with precision and creativity.

Manage meal production timelines to ensure prompt service delivery during peak hours.

Maintain strict consistency in portioning to ensure both guest satisfaction and cost efficiency.
Operational Integrity & Safety

Uphold rigorous food safety and sanitation standards, including proper labeling and storage following FIFO principles.

Maintain absolute cleanliness of the kitchen environment, service stations, and equipment.

Monitor inventory levels and inspect incoming deliveries for freshness and quality.

Participate in routine audits and inspections to ensure 100% compliance with health regulations.
Resource & Team Coordination

Minimize food wastage through careful handling, efficient ingredient utilization, and accurate reporting of spoilage.

Work seamlessly with the service team to coordinate orders and accommodate special dietary requests.
