Description:
Fubo is seeking a detail-oriented Chargeback Specialist to join its remote team and support billing operations. The role focuses on analyzing, researching, and processing incoming credit card chargebacks while ensuring accurate handling of fraud and dispute claims.
The successful candidate will investigate transactions, prepare supporting documentation, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment-related issues efficiently. This position requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, independence, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze, research, and process incoming chargebacks through billing platforms.
• Resolve credit card chargeback cases accurately and efficiently.
• Review fraud and dispute claims while preparing supporting evidence and documentation.
• Provide required information when merchants request transaction details before chargebacks occur.
• Conduct detailed investigations of disputed transactions and identify relevant information.
• Ensure all claims are processed within required deadlines.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams while maintaining accurate billing records.
Requirements:
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to review billing transactions accurately.
• Experience in clerical, technical, administrative, or related operational roles.
• Ability to communicate professionally through phone, chat, and email.
• Proficiency with Windows or macOS screenshot tools, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Reader.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong English communication skills, including professional reading and writing.
• Flexible availability to work different shifts, including weekends, holidays, and emergency schedules when required.
• Must provide personal computer/laptop for the first 90 days of employment.
Strong knowledge of:
• Credit card chargeback processes and dispute resolution
• Billing transactions, fraud investigations, and documentation
• Microsoft Office, Adobe Reader, and digital communication tools
