This opportunity is ideal for fitness professionals who are passionate about health, performance improvement, and helping clients achieve measurable results.
The role focuses on delivering personalized training programs, maintaining high standards of client engagement, and contributing to a motivating and performance-driven gym environment. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver customized fitness training programs based on client goals
• Guide clients on proper exercise techniques, safety, and workout discipline
• Monitor client progress and adjust training plans accordingly
• Maintain high levels of motivation and engagement with clients
• Ensure a safe and professional training environment at all times
• Support clients in achieving fitness, strength, and wellness objectives
• Promote a positive and energetic gym culture aligned with AB Fitness standards
• Maintain fitness equipment usage standards and gym cleanliness guidelines
Requirements:
• Valid Certified Personal Trainer qualification or equivalent certification
• Strong passion for fitness, health, and performance training
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and guide clients effectively
• Professional attitude with a strong commitment to client results
• Previous experience in personal training is preferred but not mandatory if highly certified
