Description:
Zoya Health & Wellbeing Resort in Ajman is seeking a passionate and guest-focused Arabic-speaking CDP Chef to join its wellness-driven culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality, healthy cuisine in alignment with the resort’s holistic and wellness-focused philosophy.
This role requires creativity, strong kitchen management skills, and a deep understanding of nutritious and specialized dietary cooking, including vegan and health-conscious menus. Candidates who can deliver visually appealing and high-quality dishes while maintaining excellent food safety standards are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and present high-quality dishes aligned with wellness and healthy cuisine standards
• Assist in menu development with a focus on nutritious, vegan, and balanced meals
• Supervise kitchen operations and ensure smooth daily workflow
• Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Support and guide junior kitchen staff in daily operations
• Ensure consistency in food presentation and guest satisfaction
• Collaborate with the culinary team to enhance guest dining experience
Requirements:
• Experience working in hotels and wellness resorts
• Strong knowledge of healthy, vegan, and nutritious cuisine
• Ability to manage kitchen operations and support team supervision
