CCTV Operator

We are seeking a professional and vigilant CCTV Operator to join our security team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring surveillance systems, identifying security risks, and ensuring timely reporting of incidents.

The successful candidate should have strong knowledge of CCTV systems, DVR/NVR, and IP cameras, along with excellent observation skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality of security information. Candidates with educational or school environment experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor CCTV cameras and security surveillance systems continuously.

• Identify and report suspicious activities, security concerns, and incidents.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of security events.

• Operate and monitor DVR/NVR systems and IP camera networks.

• Ensure confidentiality of surveillance footage and sensitive security information.

• Coordinate with relevant teams during security-related situations.

• Prepare incident reports whenever required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CCTV Operator.

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.

• Previous experience in a school or educational environment is highly preferred.

• Valid CCTV Operator Licence is mandatory.

• Relevant CCTV certificates and licences must be valid.

• Strong knowledge of CCTV monitoring, surveillance systems, DVR/NVR, and IP cameras.

• Excellent observation and attention-to-detail skills.

• Ability to identify, document, and report incidents accurately.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Must hold a valid UAE residence visa. Candidates on visit visas will not be considered.

• Strong knowledge of:

    • CCTV monitoring and surveillance systems

    • DVR/NVR operations

    • Security reporting procedure
