An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Catering Operations Manager to lead and oversee catering services across multiple business segments in the UAE. The role requires a proactive professional capable of managing large-scale operations, ensuring service excellence, and maintaining high standards across industrial and hospitality catering environments. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple sites efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee complete catering operations across industrial and hospitality sectors
• Manage site operations, staff allocation, and ensure smooth daily service delivery
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and overall client satisfaction
• Monitor operational costs, manpower planning, and inventory management
• Coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal departments
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulatory requirements
Requirements:
