Primary Mandate
We are expanding our culinary operations and seeking 5 dynamic Casual Chefs to join our high-volume kitchen unit located at the airport. Your main objective is to execute and present high-quality dishes across both the hot and cold line stations in strict accordance with our standardized recipes. Operating within a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, you will bridge the gap between volume and gourmet presentation while upholding immaculate health, hygiene, and safety standards. This role requires flexibility, technical agility, and a strong collaborative mindset.
Core Workstreams
Food Production & Station Management

Cook, assemble, and garnish dishes across both hot and cold kitchen sections according to precise menu parameters.

Ensure all plates leaving the pass adhere to established taste profiles, portion sizes, and presentation standards.

Complete daily mise en place and prep work efficiently to guarantee smooth service delivery during peak airport traffic hours.

Assist the culinary team in developing innovative suggestions for daily specials and future menu items.
Hygienic Operations & Safety Protocols

Enforce absolute cleanliness, sanitation, and systemic organization across all assigned kitchen workstations.

Adhere strictly to international food safety management systems, correct cooking temperatures, and hygiene regulations.

Safely operate and clean professional kitchen machinery, reporting any equipment anomalies or maintenance issues immediately.
Inventory Management & Teamwork

Manage stock rotation utilizing First-In, First-Out (FIFO) methods to minimize raw material wastage.

Assist supervisors in inventory monitoring, stock counts, and compiling food supply orders.

Maintain fluid, professional communication with front-of-house staff and kitchen peers to ensure efficient service workflow.
Expertise Profile
The Essentials

Education: Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts, Food and Beverage Production, or Hospitality Catering.

Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of active execution inside a professional commercial kitchen.
