Description:
Omeir Cargo is seeking an experienced Cargo Agent / Admin Assistant to join its team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have previous UAE experience in cargo operations and administrative support, along with strong knowledge of air cargo procedures and documentation.
The successful candidate will assist with cargo-related activities, manage operational documents, support administrative tasks, and ensure smooth coordination with customers and internal teams. This role requires accuracy, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Candidates who are immediately available and have relevant UAE cargo experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily air cargo operations and administrative activities.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain cargo-related documents and records.
• Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide professional service support.
• Maintain accurate data entry and documentation processes.
• Assist with cargo bookings, shipment tracking, and operational follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and cargo handling requirements.
Requirements:
• Previous UAE experience as a Cargo Officer, Cargo Agent, or Admin Assistant.
• Good knowledge of air cargo operations and documentation procedures.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate availability will be an advantage.
