Business Support - Insurance in Branch Operations

Location : Al Barsha, Dubai

  • Support specific assigned clients’ endorsements and renewals.
  • Support for all assigned tasks, multi-tasking for all lines including Medical, General & Motor.
  • Compile monthly Activity reports, Production reports for Deputy Manager – Business Development.
  • Any other job assigned by the Branch Manager/ Deputy Manager – Business Development.
  • Prepare Medical - SME Portal and Tool quotations for Deputy Manager – Business Development.
  • Prepare Motor Portal quotes for Deputy Manager – Business Development.
  • Review all related documents for submitting & processing all endorsements, renewals and new business.
  • Provide Debit notes on all General/ Medical/ Motor to assigned clients.
  • Responsible for handling emails & communication related to Medical endorsements for existing business and renewals.
  • Compile reports as needed by Deputy Manager – Business Development.
  • Any additional tasks assigned by Branch Manager and / or by Deputy Manager – Business Development, as per changing business need.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree Holder with MOFA UAE Attestation
  • Excellent English Communication skills
  • Arabic -speaking is preferred
  • Good business communication and knowledgeable in MS Excel and other business tools
