Description:
Feathers Consultancy L.L.C-FZ is seeking an experienced and driven Business Partner to support the growth and development of its immigration consultancy operations. This opportunity is designed for professionals with extensive experience in the immigration sector who are looking to take on a leadership role within a growing organization.
The selected candidate will play a key role in managing business operations, developing partnership programs, leading teams, and driving revenue growth. A strong understanding of investment migration, residency programs, and visa services is essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage immigration consultancy operations and business development activities
• Develop and strengthen partnership programs to support company growth
• Oversee staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
• Monitor operational performance and recommend process improvements
• Prepare business reports and track key performance indicators
• Support client acquisition and relationship management initiatives
• Ensure high standards of service delivery across immigration and visa programs
• Contribute to strategic planning and revenue generation activities
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in immigration consultancy at a senior or managerial level
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Valid UAE driving license
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication, organizational, and business development skills
• Experience in staff training, recruitment, and performance evaluation
