We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive / Admission Counsellor to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, converting leads into enrollments, and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Counsel students and professionals on various courses
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
- Achieve monthly sales/enrollment targets
- Maintain and update CRM data
- Build strong relationships with clients
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales / admission counselling (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Knowledge of education/training industry is a plus
- Immediate joiners preferred
