In this pivotal role, you will guide clients through the process of establishing their businesses in the UAE by providing expert consultation on company formation, licensing, and regulatory compliance. You will be a key player in helping clients achieve their entrepreneurial goals while ensuring all operations adhere to UAE regulations.

You will be the primary point of contact for clients, managing their journey from initial inquiry to successful business setup and visa processing. Requirements
- Proven experience in business consulting, sales, or a client-facing advisory role, preferably within the UAE market.
- Strong understanding of UAE business setup processes, including company formation, licensing, and free zone regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse clients.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a performance-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tracking tools for data management and performance monitoring.
- Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to sales inquiries from multiple channels including phone, email, chat, walk-in clients, and referrals.
- Advise clients on optimal business structures, licensing options, free zone regulations, and eligibility requirements.
- Support clients throughout the entire business setup lifecycle, from consultation to incorporation and visa processing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and communication logs within the company CRM system.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with channel partners and free zone authorities to ensure smooth coordination.
- Act as a liaison between Compliance and Operations teams to facilitate efficient processing of client requirements.
- Participate in networking events, industry meetings, and business forums to generate new leads and expand business opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
Compensation: AED 4,000 - AED 8,000 per month
