Role Overview
You will act as the bridge between the organisation and the clients it serves, working across multiple accounts to strengthen brand presence, drive revenue, and expand into new markets. Day to day, you will craft compelling marketing content, execute campaigns and events, and keep stakeholders informed through clear reporting — all while monitoring how each account performs against visibility and growth targets. Your work directly supports the organisation’s goal of attracting new patients and retaining existing ones in a competitive healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative, persuasive content for proposals, campaign materials, public relations communications, and other client-facing documents.
- Plan and execute visibility growth campaigns and events tailored to each account, ensuring they align with broader business objectives.
- Coordinate logistics and timelines for meetings, industry events, and campaign launches, balancing multiple priorities without missing deadlines.
- Manage formal corporate communications across campaigns and PR initiatives, ensuring messages are timely, accurate, and consistent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients by staying current on industry trends and market developments.
- Track campaign performance, conversion rates, and account activity, then provide clear weekly and monthly reports to leadership.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts while also supporting initiatives aimed at increasing new patient volume.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing campaigns achieve at least 50% conversion of their stated target.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, public relations, or a related discipline.
- A professional diploma in CPA, CFA, CIMA, or an equivalent recognised certification.
- Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in communication, marketing, or public relations.
- Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
- Practical experience with digital marketing channels, including social media marketing and content marketing.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of addressing challenges with sound judgement.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
- Highly organised, creative, and detail-oriented, with exceptional time management abilities.
