Company: Flipped Park is looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead operations at our Sahara Mall, Sharjah location. If you are passionate about entertainment, customer experience, and team leadership — this is your opportunity to grow with a fast-paced leisure brand!
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning
Drive revenue, control costs, and achieve business targets
Lead, train, and motivate the team for high performance
Ensure exceptional customer experience and safety standards
Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance
Maintain compliance with company policies and mall regulations
Requirements: Proven experience as Branch Manager / Operations Manager Background in entertainment, amusement park, retail, or hospitality preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage high footfall and fast-paced operations
