A Beauty & Wellness Center in Ajman is expanding its team and is hiring experienced professionals for multiple positions. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations and lead the wellness and beauty center team (Manager).
• Conduct professional Pilates sessions for individual and group clients (Pilates Instructor).
• Provide high-quality beauty and salon services within assigned specialties.
• Welcome clients, manage appointments, and provide excellent customer service at the front desk.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• Support daily operations to ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
• 4–5 years of experience in the relevant position.
• Professional Pilates certification is required for the Pilates Instructor role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills for the Manager position.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory for the Front Desk Staff position.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Beauty and wellness operations.
• Customer service and client relationship management.
• Salon and wellness industry best practices.
• Reception and front desk operations.
