Job Title: Customer Service Representative

About the Role

• Provide excellent customer service and support in person, via phone, and by email.
• Use Microsoft Word and basic computer applications to manage records and communications.
• Demonstrate strong planning and time management skills to meet deadlines and client needs.
• Maintain high standards of honesty and integrity in all interactions.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a friendly, engaging workplace.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Citizenship: Must be a Kenyan citizen with relevant academic and professional qualifications from a recognized institution.
• Attitude: Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and work hard.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Personality: Friendly and engaging personality.
• Integrity: Must be honest and demonstrate high integrity.
• Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic computer applications.
• Time Management: Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Experience: Relevant experience will be an added advantage.
