We are currently hiring for the Commi Bakery role for Dubai Location.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Commi Bakery professional to join our bakery team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing a variety of breads, croissants, cookies, cakes, and other baked products while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake different types of breads, including artisan and soft breads
• Assist in the preparation of croissants, laminated doughs, and pastries
• Prepare cookies, cakes, and other bakery items as per recipes and standards
• Ensure proper dough preparation, proofing, baking, and finishing techniques
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of bakery products
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards at all times
• Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors about ingredient requirements
• Support the bakery team in daily production and operational tasks
• Ensure proper storage and handling of bakery ingredients and equipment

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Commi Bakery / Bakery Assistant or similar role
• Knowledge of bread making, croissants, cakes, and cookies preparation
• Basic understanding of bakery equipment and baking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required

Preferred:

• Experience in restaurant, café, or commercial bakery operations
• Passion for baking and creativity in bakery production
