Position: Assistant Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
Support the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse logistics and operations.
Ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Coordinate and supervise warehouse activities including receiving, sorting, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Monitor inventory control and maintain accurate stock records.
Prepare reports on warehouse productivity, stock movement, and shipping status.
Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards at all times.
Skills & Requirements:
UAE warehouse experience is mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
2–4+ years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain.
Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and MS Excel.
Ability to work in a warehouse environment and handle physical tasks.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Team leadership and coordination abilities.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
