Description:

A growing Facilities Management organization in Dubai is seeking an experienced Assistant Soft Services Manager to support and enhance service delivery across multiple projects. The role requires strong operational leadership, coordination with service providers, and ensuring high-quality soft services standards across managed facilities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily soft services operations, maintaining service quality, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and operational standards in line with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support overall management of soft services operations within assigned facilities

• Supervise and coordinate service providers to ensure consistent service quality

• Monitor and manage SLAs and KPIs to ensure performance standards are met

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and facility management regulations

• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery

• Lead and guide on-ground teams to maintain operational efficiency

• Handle reporting, documentation, and service performance tracking

• Contribute to continuous improvement of service processes and standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Facilities Management or Soft Services

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities

• Experience in managing vendors, service providers, and SLAs/KPIs

• Good knowledge of health, safety, and compliance standards

• Excellent communication and client management skills

• UAE experience is preferred

• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
