  • Contribute to product innovation by researching new offerings, preparing feasibility studies, and drafting supporting documentation such as procedures, policies and quality standards.
  • Strengthen client relationships by building a clear understanding of each client’s structure, tracking their financial performance, and maintaining an updated record of key personnel and decision-makers.
  • Design and deliver technical support and training programmes that help clients use the Corporation’s services effectively.
  • Plan and manage stakeholder engagement events including seminars, workshops, golf tournaments and cocktail functions, and handle protocol arrangements for corporate guests travelling locally and abroad.
  • Gather and analyse market intelligence from local and international sources, compile reinsurance activity statistics, and produce the Corporation’s monthly insurance/reinsurance news publication.
  • Prepare and refresh marketing materials such as brochures, flyers and seminar collateral, maintain the client directory, and support statutory reporting to the Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA).
