Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Lead and motivate staff to deliver excellent guest experiences
• Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality
• Assist in managing floor operations during peak hours
• Handle guest concerns and ensure prompt resolution of issues
• Support inventory control and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and restaurant standards
• Collaborate with management to improve service quality and performance
Requirements:
• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality operations preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
