Description:
Forte Clinical Laboratory LLC is currently hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Laboratory Manager to join their team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a qualified professional with strong laboratory expertise and leadership abilities, capable of supporting daily operations while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of laboratory activities, maintaining quality standards, and supporting regulatory compliance through effective coordination and management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in overseeing daily laboratory operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Monitor quality control processes and ensure reliability of test results
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment as required
• Manage inventory levels including reagents, consumables, and supplies
• Support audits, inspections, and preparation of necessary reports
• Coordinate with laboratory staff to ensure adherence to protocols and standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant laboratory experience within the UAE
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
