Assistant Finance Controller

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Finance Controller to support our finance team in the hospitality and healthcare sectors. The ideal candidate will assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Finance Controller in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for departments (rooms, F&B, medical services, pharmacy, etc.).
• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries.
• Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with tax and statutory regulations.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Help implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Provide financial insights and reports to management for strategic decision-making.
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives in finance operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification required: CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in finance, preferably in hospitality or healthcare sectors.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting principles.
• Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Odoo, Opera, Micros) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
