Description:
Gulf Model School in Dubai is currently looking to appoint a skilled and detail-oriented Assessment Coordinator to become part of its academic team. This role is ideal for a professional with strong analytical abilities who can effectively manage examination systems and oversee data-driven academic processes in line with KHDA and MOE standards.
The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of assessments, maintaining high-quality academic standards, and supporting data-informed decision-making across the school.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, and manage all internal and external examinations efficiently
• Develop and implement examination schedules while ensuring smooth execution
• Oversee assessment design, moderation processes, and quality assurance measures
• Analyze student performance data and prepare detailed academic reports
• Maintain secure, accurate, and up-to-date examination records
• Assist teaching staff with effective assessment methods and grading practices
• Ensure full compliance with KHDA and MOE guidelines and inspection standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree will be an added advantage
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar academic or assessment role
• Strong understanding of the CBSE curriculum and assessment frameworks
• Prior experience within UAE schools is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis tools, and school ERP systems such as Orison
• Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills
