- Promote integrated, accountable and conflict-sensitive programming, including attention to gender, protection, community participation and other cross-cutting priorities; adapt approaches as needs and conditions evolve.
- Manage and develop county staff through induction, clear objectives, coaching, technical support and performance reviews, while addressing skills gaps and promoting compliance with organisational policies.
- Track programme budgets against workplans, review monthly finance reports, support appropriate spending and seek timely budget adjustments where needed.
- Lead monitoring, learning and documentation, including regular site visits, progress reviews, evaluation activities, field reports, programme briefs and success stories.
- Coordinate timely internal and donor reporting and contribute to proposals and concept notes with programme leadership.
- Represent Concern in county coordination forums and maintain working relationships with government departments, community structures, NGOs and other relevant actors.
- Oversee local partnerships through joint planning, monitoring, capacity support and performance reviews, following up on risks and agreed improvement actions.
- Support accountability and safe programming, respond to feedback and complaints with relevant colleagues, contribute to emergency preparedness and security monitoring, and assist with county emergency response when required.
