ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced Analyst Relations Manager to support the growth of ElevenAgents, its enterprise platform for deploying intelligent voice and chat agents at scale. This remote-first opportunity is ideal for professionals who have experience building analyst relations programs, shaping market narratives, and developing strong relationships with industry analysts.
The successful candidate will work closely with Growth, Research, and Field Deployment Engineering teams to communicate ElevenLabs’ technology vision and help establish the company’s position within emerging AI categories. The role will focus on strengthening analyst relationships, supporting Gartner and Forrester initiatives, preparing executives for analyst engagements, and building a consistent analyst communication strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and manage the Analyst Relations function for ElevenAgents across North America.
• Develop strong relationships with industry analysts and establish ElevenLabs as a trusted market voice.
• Support Gartner Magic Quadrant inclusion efforts and prepare for future Forrester and IDC coverage.
• Create compelling category narratives that connect ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI into a unified market position.
• Partner with Growth, Research, and technical teams to translate product developments into analyst-ready insights.
• Prepare executives and technical leaders for analyst briefings and inquiries.
• Manage ongoing analyst engagement through newsletters, check-ins, events, and industry activities.
• Monitor market trends and help position ElevenLabs within evolving AI categories.
Requirements:
• Experience building or managing an Analyst Relations function.
• Background in enterprise software, artificial intelligence, customer experience, or contact center technology.
• Hands-on experience with Gartner Magic Quadrant or Forrester Wave processes.
• Ability to shape category narratives for companies with multiple product offerings.
• Experience preparing executives and technical teams for analyst discussions and briefings.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with agentic AI, voice AI, or conversational AI categories is a plus.
