Administrator – School Systems

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Administrator – School Systems to support and manage Student Information Systems (SIS) and educational technology platforms across multiple schools in the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience administering school management systems, maintaining data integrity, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting users. This role also involves working closely with school staff and technology teams to ensure educational systems operate efficiently. Candidates must currently be based in the UAE and be available to join immediately or within 15 days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, maintain, and support Student Information Systems (SIS) across multiple schools.

• Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize school management platforms to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and access controls.

• Support system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and annual academic year rollovers.

• Maintain data quality and ensure accurate information across integrated systems.

• Assist with system testing, validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions.

• Collaborate with school staff and technology teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience administering School Information Systems (SIS).

• Hands-on experience with iSAMS, PowerSchool, Engage, or similar school management platforms.

• Strong knowledge of SIS configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and application support.

• Experience managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

• Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.

• Strong understanding of data management and data quality.

• Experience with reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions.

• Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, middleware, SSO, and identity management is an advantage.

• Experience supporting both cloud-based and on-premises applications.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with school and technology teams.

• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.
