We are looking for an experienced Administrative Officer / Admin Assistant to support daily office operations, documentation, and coordination across departments.
Responsibilities:
Manage office documents, records, and filing systems
Handle emails, calls, and daily correspondence
Prepare reports, letters, and internal documents
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
Maintain office supplies and support procurement
Assist HR with onboarding and staff documentation
Provide general administrative support to all departments
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
2-5 years of experience (UAE experience preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and communication skills
