A company based in Abu Dhabi is currently looking for a professional and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Secretary to support its daily office operations. This role is ideal for an organized individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle daily communications including emails, phone calls, and official correspondence in a professional manner
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars to ensure smooth workflow
• Organize, maintain, and update files, records, and documentation systematically
• Provide general administrative assistance to team members and management as needed
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
• Support office operations to maintain an efficient and well-structured work environment
Requirements:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail with a professional attitude
• Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is an advantage
