Links Outsource is currently looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily operations within the real estate sector. This role is ideal for individuals who can efficiently manage office tasks, maintain structured records, and ensure smooth coordination across teams. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day administrative duties and provide general office support to ensure smooth operations

• Maintain and organize records, documents, and filing systems for easy access and accuracy

• Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and facilitate internal communication across departments

• Assist in preparing reports, performing data entry tasks, and handling correspondence

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an administrative role; experience in the real estate industry will be an advantage
