Job Title: Administrative Assistant / Admin Officer

Job Type: Full time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning, assist management, and handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations, filing systems, and record keeping.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
  • Support management and team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Ensure office policies and procedures are followed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in administration or office management is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.
