Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning, assist management, and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, filing systems, and record keeping.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
- Support management and team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in administration or office management is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
