PRIME MIDDLE EAST FZE is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join its growing team in Dubai. This role is well-suited for individuals who are organized, proactive, and eager to build a career in office administration. The selected candidate will play a vital role in supporting daily office operations and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations

• Organize and maintain documentation, filing systems, and company records

• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for team members and management

• Draft and prepare reports, emails, and other business correspondence
