Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance & Administrative Assistant to support daily financial operations, office administration, and compliance requirements. This role is ideal for someone who can manage accounts, ensure accuracy, and assist with VAT and regulatory processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate bookkeeping
Manage invoices, payments, and expense tracking
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records
Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries
Support VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE regulations
Assist with business compliance (licenses, documentation, renewals)
Maintain organized records, contracts, and administrative files
Coordinate with vendors, staff, and external service providers
Support payroll processing and general office operations
Requirements:
Experience in accounting, finance, or administrative roles
Knowledge of VAT and UAE business compliance (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Good communication skills
Preferred:
Degree or certification in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience with bookkeeping, VAT filing, or financial reporting
