We are seeking an organized and proactive **Administrative Assistant** to join our team immediately. This role is perfect for a reliable, quick-learning professional who excels in office support and coordination.

 

 **Location:** Dubai or Sharjah, UAE 

 **Salary:** AED 8,000 – 10,000 

**Status:** Immediate joining only 

 

**Role Overview:** 

Provide efficient administrative support, manage communication, handle documentation, and assist with recruitment coordination in a fast-paced environment.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Handle **incoming calls and professional email correspondence**

- **Maintain records** and update the **Applicant Tracking System (ATS)**

- **Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and related documents**

- **Schedule interviews** and coordinate recruitment activities

- **File, organize, and manage** physical and digital documents

- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks

 

 **Requirements:**

- **Excellent communication skills** in English (Arabic a plus)

- **Basic proficiency in MS Office** (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- **Quick learner**, reliable, and detail-oriented

- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role preferred

- Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills

- Must be **available to join immediately**
