Sedgwick is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative support to its team. The successful candidate will handle documentation, reporting, record management, invoice processing, and general office operations. The ideal applicant should be comfortable working with Microsoft Office, maintaining accurate records, and supporting a collaborative workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents.
• Maintain files, records, and tracking systems accurately.
• Provide telephone support and assist with general office communication.
• Process invoices and billing documentation.
• Maintain attendance records, manuals, and office resources.
• Record meeting minutes and maintain documentation.
• Arrange travel schedules and related administrative requirements.
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when required.
• Support company quality programs and administrative procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in general office administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with an insurance company, broker, or consulting environment is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
