Description:

Kingdom Capital Real Estate is looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to support daily administrative operations within our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between departments while maintaining accurate records and professional client communication.

This position requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced real estate environment. You will be supporting both administrative functions and sales/leasing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth office functionality

• Maintain accurate documentation, filing systems, and data entry records

• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and general office activities efficiently

• Provide administrative support to sales and leasing teams

• Manage client records and maintain professional communication with clients

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills

• Ability to multitask effectively and perform well under pressure

• Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred

• Real estate industry experience is an advantage
