ADMIN COORDINATOR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage daily administrative and office coordination activities
Schedule meetings, site visits, and coordinate with internal teams
Maintain project documentation, records, and filing systems
Handle correspondence, including emails, calls, and client
communication
Support logistics follow-ups
Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and presentations
Coordinate with site teams and ensure smooth documentation flow
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field 1-2 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles
Preferred: Experience in Facility Management sector Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
