Description:

A temporary opportunity is available for an organized and detail-focused Admin Assistant to support scanning, documentation, and administrative operations in Abu Dhabi. This position is ideal for candidates who are comfortable handling records, maintaining document accuracy, and assisting with day-to-day office coordination tasks.

The selected candidate will play an important role in ensuring company documents are properly scanned, filed, tracked, and maintained while supporting administrative processes across the office. Candidates who can join immediately and possess strong organizational abilities are encouraged to apply.

This three-month contract role offers valuable administrative experience within a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scan, file, and organize office documents and records

• Maintain accurate documentation and record management systems

• Assist with document tracking and data entry activities

• Support daily administrative and office coordination tasks

• Ensure confidentiality and security of company records

• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in document handling processes

Requirements:

• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail

• Own valid visa and medical insurance required (spouse or father sponsorship)

• Immediate availability is preferred
