Hiring: Admin Assistant – Office & Operations Support (Immediate Joiners Only)

In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our daily operations, managing administration, office facilities, and supporting cross-functional teams while ensuring everything stays compliant and efficient. You’ll work closely with Management, HR, IT, and Finance to keep processes running smoothly.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has 2–4 years of experience in administration, office coordination, or similar roles.
Is highly organized and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other admin tools.
Can handle confidential information with discretion.
Has experience in vendor management, office facilities, or event coordination (a plus)
Holds a valid UAE driving license.
This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, reliability, and proactive problem-solving are essential.
