Description:

A contracting company based in Dubai is currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals starting their careers, offering a supportive environment and exposure to administrative and finance-related tasks. The role is ideal for candidates who are organized, eager to learn, and capable of handling day-to-day office responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily administrative duties including filing, printing, emailing, and reporting

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchase and office activities

• Coordinate closely with the accounts and finance manager for smooth workflow

• Assist in preparing documents and reports for financial audits

• Process and track expense requests for approval

• Support overall office operations to ensure efficiency and organization
