We are hiring a professional and organized Admin Assistant to support daily office operations and assist our auditing team.
Qualifications:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Well-organized, responsible, and professional attitude
Previous administrative or receptionist experience preferred
Ability to multitask and work in a professional office environment
Responsibilities:
Handle reception and front-desk duties
Attend calls and respond to emails
Manage appointments and meeting schedules
Prepare and maintain office documents and records
Coordinate with clients and internal staff
Assist with administrative and office support tasks
Manage courier, filing, and general office operations
Prepare invoices, proposals, and quotations
Draft engagement letters and client documentation
Support the audit and accounts team with daily coordination
Maintain proper filing and documentation of client records
