Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the Senior Manager's daily schedule, meetings, appointments, reminders, and follow-ups.
- Prepare letters, reports, emails, memos, and other office correspondence accurately and within set timelines.
- Receive and professionally handle phone calls, visitors, and incoming enquiries.
- Respond promptly to internal and external communication and ensure matters are directed appropriately.
- Maintain proper filing systems, office records, and confidential documentation.
- Manage petty cash disbursement, reconciliation, and accountability.
- Coordinate office supplies, service providers, errands, and general office support requirements.
- Ensure the office environment remains clean, organised, presentable, and running efficiently at all times.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure management instructions are executed promptly.
- Provide dependable day-to-day administrative and coordination support to Senior Management.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a busy administrative support role.
- Prior experience supporting senior management or handling front office administration will be an added advantage.
- Strong computer proficiency in MS Office, email correspondence, and document preparation.
- Experience managing petty cash and office records.
