We are looking for an experienced Admin Assistant to manage daily office operations and support administrative and HR tasks.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day office operations
Manage supplies, inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination
Maintain filing systems and documentation (physical & digital)
Process vendor invoices and maintain records
Prepare reports, letters, and official documents
Support onboarding and maintain employee records
Qualifications:
3 years of administrative experience
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Ability to multitask efficiently
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office
