We’re Hiring: Accountant / Stock Keeper (Full-Time)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant / Stock Keeper to join our team full-time at our office. If you are organized, accurate, and comfortable handling both financial and inventory tasks, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoicing & Quotations: Prepare and issue invoices, quotations, and purchase orders accurately.
- Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and ensure accurate stock records.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized financial and inventory records (physical and digital).
- Data Entry & Reporting: Update databases, prepare basic reports, and ensure data accuracy.
- Email & Coordination: Manage daily emails professionally and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers.
- Approvals & Documentation: Process approvals/rejections and maintain proper documentation for all transactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- Previous experience in accounting, admin, or inventory/stock management is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
