Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative and office operations
• Manage emails, phone calls, and office correspondence
• Assist HR and Accounts teams with documentation and records
• Prepare reports, letters, internal memos, and office documents
• Coordinate general office activities and provide operational support

Requirements

• UAE National (mandatory)
• Fresh graduates or early-career candidates are welcome
• Strong communication and basic office skills
• Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
