Description:
A leading corporate organization, Falcon Group, is currently expanding its finance division and is seeking an experienced and strategic Accounts Manager to join its team in Dubai, UAE. This is a key leadership role for a professional who is confident working in a multi-divisional business environment and can effectively manage and streamline accounting operations across multiple business units.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and delivering accurate financial reporting to support senior management decision-making. This role also involves team leadership, ERP system management, and financial analysis to improve overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee complete accounting operations across multiple business divisions and departments
• Ensure full financial compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
• Prepare, review, and present accurate financial reports for management and stakeholders
• Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to support business decisions
• Manage, optimize, and improve ERP systems for efficient accounting workflow and reporting
• Lead, supervise, and mentor the finance and accounting team to ensure high performance
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations across the group
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Maintain accuracy in financial records and ensure timely reporting deadlines are met
Requirements:
• Professional qualification is mandatory: CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent
• Strong experience in accounting or finance management roles
• Prior experience managing multiple business divisions is highly preferred
• Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of financial reporting standards
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial management tools
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and corporate business environment
